Reset counters for PRT instructions

Use the
General
 tab of the
PRT Properties
 dialog box to monitor the instruction status and to reset the run time and start counters for Process Run Time and Start Counter (PRT) instructions.
To reset the counters for Process Run Time and Start Counter (PRT) instructions
  1. On the instruction in the routine, perform one of these actions:
    • On the Ladder or FBD instruction, select .
    • In the Structured Text editor, right-click the tag name and select
      Configure <tag name>
      .
  2. When online, use the
    Clear
     buttons:
    • To clear the maximum, continuous runtime for any start, select
      Clear Max
      .
    • To clear the total run time, select
      Clear Total
      .
    • To clear the count of start attempts, select
      Clear Starts
      .
