Failed to create module profile

If the project contains a module profile that is not installed on the computer, <unknown> appears in the I/O tree. This may occur when the module profile contains a physical module revision that is not supported in the current software. Attempting to open the module profile generates an error.

To download and install the latest Add-On-Profile version or EDS file, access the Rockwell Automation Services & Support website (Rockwell Automation Services & Support website).
