Failed to get exclusive rights to modify the message tag

Internal Error: The Configuration dialog box tried to get exclusive rights to modify the tag, but the operation did not succeed. This could occur because:
  • Another Workstation has the tag locked
  • Another window within the
    Logix Designer
     application has the tag locked
