Download the FactoryTalk Optix Connector from PCDC

Perform the following steps to download the FactoryTalk Optix Connector from the Product Compatibility and Download Center (PCDC) from Rockwell Automation:
  1. In the PCDC portal, under the
    Download
     section, click
    Downloads by Product
    .
    Select Downloads by Product
    The
    SELECTIONS
     page is displayed.

  2. In the search box, search for
    DataMosaix
     and select
    FactoryTalk DataMosaix SaaS
    .
  3. Click the [] icon to download the FactoryTalk Optix connector.
    Select FactoryTalk DataMosaix SaaS
  4. In the
    Available Downloads
     window, select the
    FT Optix connector for DataMosaix <version>
     checkbox and click
    Downloads
    .

  5. In the
    Download Cart
     window, click
    Download Now
    .
    Download Cart Window
  6. In the
    Software End-User License Agreement
     window, read the license agreement and click
    Accept and Download
    .

    The FactoryTalk Optix connector will begin to download, and it will be stored in the
    Downloads
     folder of your local machine.
  7. In the
    Download Information
     window, click
    Close
    .
    Download Information Window
    NOTE: If you encounter any issue with the Download Manager, click
    Direct Download
     to get the FactoryTalk Optix Connector direct download links. If you need any assistance or technical support, click
    Help
    .
