Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a distinctive two-year program that produces world-class leaders capable of leading teams in a highly successful global company.
We’re looking for driven, highly technical, and innovative engineering graduates from 2020 - 2022, with a strong desire for leadership, to join the New Product Engineering and Development career track of the LDP.
Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to rotate through Rockwell Automation, gaining valuable exposure to different parts of the organisation. As well as working with current leaders, you will develop the skills and competencies needed to shape the future for both the company and your career.
