Output device calibration parameters
The
Select Channels to Calibrate
view applies for the 1756-OF8I device. These parameters are available in this view.
TIP:
The parameters cannot be edited when there is a transition to Run mode.
Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
Channel | Shows the channels available to calibrate. |
Calibrate | Select to calibrate the channel. |
Calibration Range | Shows the calibration range currently configured for channel. |
Calibration Gain | Shows the calibration gain reported by the device. |
Calibration Offset | Shows the signed value as reported by the device. |
Calibration Status | Shows the status of the calibration as the calibration occurs. |
Calibrate channels in groups | Select to apply a reference signal to all of the selected channels at the same time. |
Calibrate channels one at a time | Select to apply a reference signal to one channel and then move the reference to the next channel. If check box is selected, the selected channels are calibrated one at a time. |
Next | Starts the calibration of the channel. If the value for the channel is acceptable, and another channel is selected to be calibrated, the next channel is highlighted. Select Next to calibrate the next channel. |
Retry | Restarts the calibration for the channel. |
Stop | Stops the calibration process. |
