Reset the PRP diagnostic counters

When needed to assist in troubleshooting issues, reset the diagnostic counters for the PRP nodes using
Reset Counters
 in the
Channel Group 1
 and
Channel Group 2
 views.
TIP:
Reset Counters
 is available when online and Link Redundancy Entity is enabled.
To reset the PRP diagnostic counters
  1. On the tab for the device, expand
    Parallel Redundancy Protocol
    , and then select
    Channel Group 1
     or
    Channel Group 2
     depending which diagnostic counters need resetting.
  2. In the
    Channel Group X
     view, select
    Reset Counters
    .
    Sets the PRP counter values to zero and then refreshes the values in the view with the current counter values.
