Displays these elements:
  • Network Topology
    - Type of network on which the switch is operating
  • Network Status
    - Current status of the network.
  • Supervisor Mode
    - Whether the device's Supervisor Mode is enabled or disabled. Configure Supervisor Mode in the
    Ring
    view.
  • MAC Address
    - MAC address of the switch.
  • IP Address
    - IP address assigned to the switch.
  • Precedence
    - Precedence currently assigned to the switch.
  • Port 1
    - First port on the ring.
  • Port 2
    - Second port on the ring.
Active Ring Supervisor
Displays these elements:
  • Mode
    - Whether the device's Supervisor Mode is enabled or disabled. Configure Supervisor Mode in the
    Ring
    view.
  • Status
    - Status of the active ring supervisor. Only available when Supervisor Mode is enabled.
  • MAC Address
    - MAC address of the active ring supervisor.
  • IP Address
    - IP address assigned to the active ring supervisor.
  • Beacon Interval
    - Frequency that the active ring supervisor transmits a beacon frame through both of its ring ports. Default interval is 400 µs. Available only when Supervisor Mode is enabled.
  • Beacon Timeout
    - Amount of time the ring nodes wait before timing out in the absence of received beacon frames. The timeout value must be at least 2 times the Beacon Interval value but cannot exceed 500,000 µs. Available only when Supervisor Mode is enabled.
  • Precedence
    - Precedence currently assigned to the active ring supervisor.
  • Ring Protocol VLAN ID
    - VLAN ID to use in the ring protocol message. Available only when Supervisor Mode is enabled.
Switch Redundant Gateway
Displays these elements:
  • Redundant Gateway
    - Whether the redundant gateway is enabled.
  • Status
    - Current condition of the ring fault.
  • Advertise Interval
    - Time interval in microseconds for the gateway to transmit advertise messages.
  • Advertise Timeout
    - Duration of time in microseconds for nodes to wait before timing out in the absence of received advertise messages.
  • Precedence
    - Precedence currently assigned to the redundant gateway.
  • Sending Learning Frame
    - Whether learning update messages are enabled.
  • Uplink Port 1
    - Port number used for uplink port 1 on the redundant gateway and whether it is enabled.
  • Uplink Port 2
    - Port number used for uplink port 2 on the redundant gateway and whether it is enabled.
Active Redundant Gateway
Displays these elements:
  • MAC Address
    - MAC address of the active redundant gateway.
