Use the
Overview
view includes these parameters.Parameter | Description |

Name | Displays the NAT instance name. The field is not editable when editing an existing instance. |
Private to Public | |
![]() | Creates a new entry in the Private to Public NAT Table. Any row that has not yet been sent to the switch is denoted by an asterisk in the left column. |
![]() | Deletes the table entry. |
Private | Displays the unique private IP address. |
Public | Displays the unique public IP address. |
Subnet Mask | Displays the subnet mask. |
Gateway Translation | Enables devices on the public subnet to communicate with devices on the private subnet. |
Public | Indicates the default gateway address of the Layer 3 switch or router connected to the switch's uplink port. |
Private | Indicates the unique IP address to represent the Layer 3 switch or router on the private network. |
VLAN Association | |
VLAN | Displays the VLAN list. |
Gi1/1 | Indicates that the VLAN on port Gi1/1 is assigned to this NAT instance. If cleared, the VLAN is not assigned to this NAT instance. By default, all VLANs not used by other instances are selected. VLANs used by other instances are disabled. |
Gi1/2 | Indicates that the VLAN on port Gi1/2 is assigned to this NAT instance. If cleared, the VLAN is not assigned to this NAT instance. By default, all VLANs not used by other instances are enabled and available to select. VLANs used by other instances are disabled. |
Gi1/3 | Indicates that the VLAN on port Gi1/3 is assigned to this NAT instance. If cleared, the VLAN is not assigned to this NAT instance. By default, all VLANs not used by other instances are enabled and available to select. VLANs used by other instances are disabled. |
Gi1/4 | Indicates that the VLAN on port Gi1/4 is assigned to this NAT instance. If cleared, the VLAN is not assigned to this NAT instance. By default, all VLANs not used by other instances are enabled and available to select. VLANs used by other instances are disabled. |
Refresh | Retrieves and displays the latest values from the device. |
Set | Sends the settings to the switch. The Enter password dialog box may appear. |
