NAT view parameters

The
NAT
 view contains these parameters.
Parameter
Description
Network Address Translation (NAT) Instances
add-instance
Opens the
Add/Edit NAT Instance Wizard
to create a NAT instance.
edit-instance
Opens the
Add/Edit NAT Instance Wizard
to edit the configuration of a NAT instance.
delete-instance
Deletes the NAT instance.
When the NAT instance is deleted, all of the translation parameters associated with the NAT instance are also deleted.
Instance Name
Displays the unique name of the NAT instance.
Port Type
Displays the selected port type. Available values:
  • Uplink
  • Downlink
Ports
Displays the selected port number that includes the port type and the specific port number. For example:
  • Gi1/1 is Gigabit port 1 on the base.
  • Gi1/2 is Gigabit port 2 on the base.
VLANs
Displays the virtual local area networks (VLANs) assigned to the NAT instance.
Diagnostics
Opens the
NAT Diagnostics
 dialog box to view diagnostic information about an instance.
Global Diagnostics
Total Translations
Displays the total number of translations across all NAT instances.
Total Translated Packets
Displays the total number of translated packets across all NAT instances.
Total Untranslated Packets
Displays the total number of packets that have been bypassed and dropped across all NAT instances.
Refresh
Retrieves and displays the latest values from the device.
