Diagnose a problem with an individual channel

Use
Channel0x Diagnostics
to view the diagnostics information for an individual channel. Diagnostics is disabled when:
  • You are operating offline.
  • An identity mismatch exists.
To diagnose a problem with an individual channel
  1. On the tab for the device, expand
    Channels
    , and then select an individual channel.
  2. In the
    Ch0x
    view, select
    Diagnostics
    .
  3. In
    Channel0x Diagnostics
    , view the diagnostics information for an individual channel.
