Delete Hierarchy Node

Perform the following steps to delete the node:
  1. Click the [] icon from any node and select [Delete].
    Select Delete Node
  2. In the pop-up dialog, Click [Delete]

    If there is no child node and the configuration status is draft, then you will get the “
    The Asset removed from the hierarchy list successfully
    ” message displays
    NOTE: You cannot remove the parent node directly. You need to remove the child node first and then you can delete the parent node from the hierarchy list.
    If you remove the parent node directly, the following notification message appears:
    Notification Message
If the configuration status of the node is active, the Delete option is disabled.
