Onboard Users in FTHub Organization

This Quick Guide helps user with the onboarding in FTHub Organization.
Perform the following steps to create an organization in FTHub:
  • Login into FTHub using MyRockwell user account.
  • Create an organization
These steps need to be done when the customer is using FTHub for the first time and FTHub organization is not present for them. If an organization is already available in FTHub, we can skip this and use the existing organization.
Application tiles for required IS applications and FTDM application should be visible, but applications can be locked if entitlement is not purchased.

Setup organization
Users may view the tiles for different application in FTHub, without purchasing the entitlements, tiles will be locked. After entitlement purchase process, tiles for purchased application will be unlocked.
  • Purchase FTDM and required IS application entitlement.
    Add required entitlements
    Entitlements are added with the organization
Organization owner or admin users in FTHub can invite other users.
  • Configure/Invite users with appropriate rights.

  • After user join organization, user should be able to view the unlocked tiles for required application.
