Execute Database Scripts

  1. Right-click on the newly created database and select the Query Tool option.

  2. Maximize the pgAdmin4 window.
  3. Click the Folder icon on the tool bar.

  4. Switch the Format field to “All Files” and go to the DataView install folder.

  5. In the Select File dialog open the
    dbscripts
     folder in the
    <DataView_HOME>\FTADataView\dbscripts
    directory.
    IMPORTANT:
    If the files are extracted to a different folder other than the folder shown below, the folder/path instructions may be different for the machine.
    Example:
    <DataView_HOME>\FTADataView\dbscripts\

  6. Select the
    DataViewMainScript.sql
     file and click [Select].

  7. The script is displayed under FTADataView database. Click the [] icon to execute the DataViewMainScript.

  8. Refresh the database. The new triggers and tables will be added to this database. Refer the following screenshot:
