Manage Users

  1. Navigate to the Users tab. The list of the imported Users displays.
  2. Click the [] icon to edit the desired User. The Edit Account window displays.
  3. Select [Active] or [Inactive] radio buttons to change the User account Status. By default, the Active option is selected.
    IMPORTANT:
    The Admin User cannot edit the First name, Last name, and Email of the Users.

  4. Click [Update]. The
    "User edited successfully"
    message displays and the status changes to Inactive.
