Install FTServicePlatform

NOTE:

If FTServicePlatform is already installed, user must apply the FTSP patch. Refer to KB RAID 1092336:

To connect InfoPlatform with Factory Talk Live Data or Historian install the following:

Before installing, check if FactoryTalk Service Platform is already installed on the computer.

To install the service platform, run the setup from the media as specified in the section.

To confirm installation, launch Windows Control Panel and select the Programs applet.
