Run fta-remove-admin

After running all of the previous setup scripts and configuring the application client the master admin account is no longer needed for installation. If user wants to remove the master admin account, run the following script. If user do not remove the account, user must ensure to protect the account credentials.

The master admin account can be recreated in the future using the fta-setup-admin script. There can only be one master admin.
