untimecut($self,dtVal1,dtVal2,low,high)

This transform is used to uncut points that you have cut from a plot or timecut transform. It uncuts points within the range specified by the date/time values and the low and high values. The output variable must be the same as the input. There is not an error if you uncut points that were not actually cut already
