New Features
- New Module tab “Knowledge Graph”:The capability to build event-based knowledge graphs has been introduced, which allows users to connect alarms and events to find the root cause with Events Setup, Graph Setup, and Event Explorer tabs.
- New registration type “Plugin Artifact”:The Plugin Artifact (offline plugin) has been introduced, which allows users to install/deploy plugins in an offline environment.
- New Data Connector SOAP Data Connector:The SOAP Data Connector has been introduced, which allows users to acquire data from the SOAP data base.
- New Data Connector type PlantPAx Data Connector:The PlantPAx Connector connects with the FT Alarms and Events Database through MSSQL Protocol, periodically transferring data to DMPC's Structured Datastore.
- New Data Connector EthernetControlLogixAdv:Introduced a new data connector that reads data up to milliseconds from the RA ControlLogix PLC with writeback capability to the PLC in seconds. This method enhances efficiency by optimizing the writing process, ensuring reliable and effective data exchange.
- New Data Connector FT Historian Connectors:The FT Historian Connectors have been introduced that read data from FT-Historian and send it to the platform.
- New Data connector FT Batch Data Connector:The FT Batch Data Connector has been introduced to streamline data management and enhance integration capabilities.
- New feature “OPC UA Write Back”:Introduced the new feature to write back data to the OPC UA server. This enhancement enables seamless data transfer from our platform back to the OPC UA server, ensuring efficient and reliable data synchronization.

Fixed Anomalies
- Performance and stability issues such as slowness in N-level projects and Event Explorer, dashboard downtime issues, and memory leaks and API call failures.
- Report and export related issues such as widget-generated reports failing to download, logbook reports not generating at scheduled times, filtered data not reflecting in downloaded files, and export API domain URL incorrect.
- .Plugins and deployment issues such as a plugin deployment failing (Kubeflow, microservices, artifact upload issues in Plugin Portal, developer plugin module instability, and deployed plugins not visible in the platform).
- Alarms and Events related issues such as alarms not triggering in QA/Azure environments, event instances not populating in Knowledge Graph, alarm trigger notifications (SMS/email) not working, alarm tables not loading in Assets, event definitions not loading in dropdowns, and circular graph creation allowed in Graph Editor.
- Data and rules issues such as Rules not triggering in QA/DMPC environments, schedule rules not binding trigger/fetch/store times, data retrieval failing in Graph Explorer, data not visible in widget, incorrect timestamp display for acknowledge or close action, and parameter values not displayed in N-level projects.
- UI and Functionality issues such as session expired pop-up appearing repeated, dashboard not loading in Table view, widget plugins not deploying correctly, unable to edit or delete hierarchies or parameters, success messages not appearing for actions, and date picker issues for international time zones.
- Asset and Hierarchy Management issues such as being unable to create or edit hierarchies in N-level projects, asset model rules not editable in the Graph model, parameters missing in the Tag Suggestions window, and hierarchy permissions not updating correctly.
- Solved Security and Permissions issues such as user roles not reflecting correct permissions, JWT token generation vulnerability, and pen test vulnerability.
Known Issues
- The user may fail to select the empty asset model (without tags) in the asset creation page of the Unified Semantic Model project.
- "Acknowledge All" functionality incorrectly acknowledges all open alarms, not just pending occurrences of specific Alarms.
- After deleting a project, the system may prevent the creation of a new user with the same username.
- The Asset Model module may permit the creation of rule templates with duplicate names, which can cause confusion.
- The execution type dropdown in the Rule Template module might show "Events" instead of "External Trigger."
