Duplicate Capability Group

You can create a copy of an existing group (both Default and Custom groups) and make necessary changes or modifications using the Duplicate Group feature. When you duplicate a capability group, all the capabilities associated with it also become available with the duplicated group.
Follow the instructions to duplicate a capability group:
  1. Navigate to the
    Capability Groups Listing
     page and click on the capability group you want to duplicate.
    The Capability Group Detail page is displayed.
  2. Click
    Duplicate Capability Group
     available on the top-right corner of the page.
    The "
    Selected group is duplicated and displays the duplicated capability group’s detail page
    " message is displayed. By default, the duplicated group’s name will be created in the following format:
    <Original group name>_Duplicate_<Date_Time>
    You can change or modify this name as per your preference. The maximum character count allowed is 64. If the capability group name is too long, you might only be able to view part of the capability group name. You need to move the cursor in the Capability Group Name field in order to view the entire capability group name.
  3. You can make the required changes in the Capability Group Detail page as per your preference, such as:
    • Modify the capability group name and description.
    • Add, edit, or remove capabilities.
  4. After applying changes, click
    Save
    .
