Remove a Capability Group from Role

In this section, you will find how to remove a capability group from the selected role.
The
Role Detail
page displays the groups associated with the selected role as a tile. From the Role Detail page:
  1. From the
    Capability Groups
    section, choose the capability group you want to remove and click
    Remove
    .
    The
    Confirm Capability Group Removal?
    dialog box is displayed. If there are any associated roles or users with the selected Capability Group for removal, you will see a check box to acknowledge the removal impact.
  2. Select the
    I acknowledge removal impact
    check box.
  3. Click
    Queue for Removal
    .
    If you change your mind and don’t want to remove the capability groups that you have queued for removal, click
    Undo Removal
    .
    The capability groups queued for removal will be erased from the selected role after saving the changes.
    NOTE:
    Once the changes have been saved, the capability groups that have been removed from the role cannot be restored. Before saving the changes, please verify the details.
  4. Click
    Save
    .To make sure your changes to Roles take effect immediately, please log out and log back in again.
