FactoryTalk Design Studio Live chat

FactoryTalk Design Studio Live chat provides the option to connect directly with a remote support representative for assistance with issues you encounter while using FactoryTalk Design Studio.
To initiate a Live chat
:
  1. Select Help icon and then
    Live chat
    .
  2. In the
    Live chat
    dialog, select
    Continue
    .
    A Remote Support Live Chat window opens in a new browser tab.
  3. Once you are connected to a remote support representative, describe your issue to receive real-time assistance.
    TIP: You have the option to search for an answer to your issue while your wait for a representative.
    If you initiate a new live chat when another live chat is already open, you are redirected to a new live chat to ensure that each support request is addressed separately, promptly, and efficiently.
Tips for an effective Live chat session

  • Be Descriptive
    . Provide detailed information about the issue that you are experiencing to help the support team diagnose and resolve it quickly.
  • Stay Engaged
    . Keep the chat window open and respond promptly to any inquiries from the support representative to expedite the resolution process.
  • Follow-Up
    . If additional steps or information are required, follow all instructions provided by the support representative to help to achieve a successful resolution.
