Open a project

Open a project

Open projects from a local folder, a network share, or a source repository.
  1. From the main menu, select
    Open
    .
  2. In
    Select the project store file to open,
     navigate to the location of the project file.
  3. Select the project (
    .optix
    ) file.
  4. Select
    Open
    .
TIP: If the project was created using a previous version FactoryTalk Optix Studio, the
Project Upgrade
 dialog box opens and lists the components to be updated. Select
Upgrade
 to upgrade and open the project.
