Create a project

Create a Quick start project to develop your
FactoryTalk Optix Application
.
  1. Open
    FactoryTalk Optix Studio
    .
  2. Under
    Create a new project
    , select
    Default
    .
  3. In
    Name
    , enter the name of the project.
    For example, enter
    QuickStart
  4. (optional) In
    Location
    , edit the directory in which you want to save the project.
  5. Ensure that
    Use version control
     is selected.
  6. Select
    Create
    .
