Create a dynamic link by selecting the source

Create a dynamic link using the
Properties
 pane.
  1. In
    Project view
    , select the node that contains the property to set through a dynamic link.
  2. In
    Properties
     next to the property value to set, select Add Dynamic Link.
  3. In the
    Dynamic Links
     browser, select a node to act as the source of the value property.
  4. (optional) To select a node attribute as the source, in
    Attribute
    , select an attribute.
    For example, select
    BrowseName
    ,
    Value
    , or
    DisplayName
    .
  5. (optional) If you select an array variable as the source, in
    Array Index
    , enter the index value of the variable to use.
  6. Click
    Select
    .
The reference to the selected node or variable appears in the property. For more information, see References to dynamic link sources.
