Import nodes at runtime

Import nodes at runtime

Importing nodes at runtime requires an initial configuration.
  1. In
    Project view
    , select an
    OPCUAClient
     object.
  2. In
    Properties
    , select
    Add
    Runtime configuration
    .
    A list of nodes appears under
    Runtime configurations
    .
  3. Under
    RuntimeConfiguration
    #
    :
    • Set
      Local destination node
      .
    • Set
      Remote source node
      .
    • In
      Content synchronization mode
      , select an option.
      NOTE: Import graphic and LocalizationDictionary objects in the
      Import only
       mode.
    • In
      Include remote source nodes
      , select either:
      • True
         to import the source node and child nodes.
      • False
         to import only the child nodes.
  4. To enable the events generated by the selected nodes:
    • Set
      Enable event synchronization
       to
      True
      .
    • In
      Event type
      , select
      Add Dynamic Link
       and inside
      Types
      EventTypes
      , select the event type.
