Assign a group to a user

Use
Manage Users and Groups
to assign groups and create a hierarchy of rights and privileges.
  1. In the main toolbar, either:
    • Select
      Open dashboard page
      , and then on the dashboard, select
      I want to manage users and groups.
    • Select the drop-down arrow after
      Open dashboard page
      , and then select
      Manage users and groups
      .
  2. In
    Manage Users and Groups
    , either:
    • From under
      Groups,
      drag a group onto a user or hold down
      Shift
      or
      Ctrl
      to select and drag consecutive or multiple groups to a user.
    • Select the checkbox of one or more groups, select
      Assign
      groups to users
      , select the checkbox of a user, and then select
      Apply
      .
    Group assigned
    appears next to a user that is already assigned to a group.
  3. Select
    Exit
    .
  4. Select
    Save
    .
    In
    Manage users and groups
    , you can drag a user into a group.
