FTP
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used to communicate and transfer files between computers that are on a TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) network, such as the Internet.
An FTP connection needs two parties to establish and communicate on the network -- the FTP Server configuration and the FTP Client configuration.
