Restore a project
If a project is corrupted or unwanted changes are saved, you can restore an earlier version of the project.
- Close the project.
- From the%localappdata%\Rockwell Automation\FactoryTalk Optix\Studio\Backups\[Project Name]folder, copy the entire folder of the desired backup.
- Paste the folder in a location other than the current project location, or delete the current project folder and paste the new folder in the same location.
- Open the project.
