Display database table data

You can display the data stored in a database table by dragging the database table into the
Data grid
 object.
  1. To display database table data
  2. In
    Project view
    , right-click a node and select
    New
    Data controls
    Data grid
    .
    For example, right-click
    MainWindow (type)
    .
  3. Double-click the
    Data grid
     object to open it in the editor.
  4. In
    Project view
    , select a
    Database
     object.
  5. From
    Properties
    , drag a database table into the
    Data grid
     object in the editor.
    The
    Data grid
     object shows the data stored in the database table.
  6. (optional) To display the data updated in real time at runtime, invoke the
    Update
     method of the
    Data grid
     object.
    TIP: You can associate the
    Update
     method with the
    MouseClick event
     of a
    Button
     object.
