Defining vertical layout is necessary to distribute automatically generated graphical elements in an expected way.
  1. Right-click
    MainWindow (type)
     and select
    New
    Containers
    Vertical layout
    .
  2. In
    Properties
    , set
    Horizontal alignment
     to
    Right
    .
  3. Set
    Vertical alignment
     to
    Stretch
    .
