Configure output states on a analog output module - floating point

Create a channel-level configuration specific to your application.
To configure the output states on an analog output module (floating point):
    1. In the
      Controller Organizer
      , right-click the module and select
      Properties
      .
    2. In the
      Module Propertie
      s dialog, select the
      Output State
      tab.
    3. Select the
      Channel
      button to select the channel to configure.
    Under
    Output State in Program Mode
    , select how the output channel reacts when the owner controller is switched to Program mode:
    • Hold Last State.
      The output channel to remains at the last output value.
    • User Defined Value.
      The output channel transitions to a user-specified value.
      IMPORTANT:
      If you select
      User Defined Value
      , enter a value in the box and select
      Ramp to User Defined Value
      .
  1. Under
    Output State in Fault Mode
    , select how the output channel reacts if a fault occurs:
    • Hold Last State.
      The output channel remains at the last output value.
    • User Defined Value.
      The output channel transitions to a user-specified value.
      IMPORTANT:
      If you select
      User Defined Value
      , enter a value in the box and select
      Ramp to User Defined Value
      .
    1. Select
      Apply
      to save the changes and continue editing, or select
      OK
      to save the changes and close the dialog.
