Hold For Initialization
The feature applies to the 1794-IF2XOF2I and 1794-OF4I modules only. Check this checkbox to enable this feature and to define the course of action to be taken for recovery from a communication fault or idle period. When the module changes from Communication Fault or Program mode to Running mode, the output signal from the module does not change from its Safe State value until the real time output value (from the controller) matches the actual analog output read back value from the module.
TIP:
For FLEX I/O Combo modules and some output modules, in order for this feature to take effect, the enable member in the module’s output tag from the controller must be set to 1 using the Data Monitor from the Controller Tags window, or by using your own program
Choose from the following Combo and output modules for their individual module tag and member name settings for holding outputs.
