Channel 0 Preset must be zero when in a Rate Mode

The Preset value for Channel 0 must be 0 (zero) when the Operational Mode is set to Period Rate Mode or Continuous Rate Mode. Under Counter 0, enter 0 in the Preset field and apply the changes.
