Channel 0 Scaler value is not valid

The Scaler value must be 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, or 256 when the Operational Mode is set to Period Rate Mode or Continuous Rate Mode. Under Counter 0, enter a valid value and apply the changes.
