Electronic keying not supported
There is a problem communicating with the module because it does not support Electronic Keying. Check if there is a module mismatch caused by:

A device, typically an I/O device, that communicates with the controller. The controller, a particular 1756-IB16I or a PanelView are all considered modules.
- an incorrect slot configured for the module
- the module is not the correct Major or Minor Revision
