zero angle offset
Offset on a rotary axis in the Joint Coordinate system between where the Kinematics equations were derived and where you want your zero position to be.
zero crossing
The point at which an error level crosses from one side of zero to the other. By disabling zero crossing, a PID instruction considers the error to be 0 anytime the process variable is within the dead band.
