Clear the fault and alarm log for an axis
Use the
Faults & Alarms
page in the Axis Properties
dialog box to clear the faults and alarm logs in the controller for the axis. The last 25 faults and alarms display on the page, along with the time stamp, and the action taken in response to the event. Use the Show
filters to toggle between displaying or hiding the fault and alarm conditions and the reset entries.Before you begin:
- The controller must be online. The page only shows entries when online with a controller.
Clear the fault and alarm log for an axis:
- In theController Organizer, expand theMotion Groupsfolder, and double-click an axis.
- From theAxis Propertiesdialog box, inCategories, clickFaults & Alarms.
- ClickClear Logto clear the fault and alarm logs.
