Change General report preferences

Use the
Print Options
 dialog box to select the information you want to include in all of the reports.
To change general report preferences:
  1. From the main menu, select
    File
     >
    Print Options
    .
  2. From the
    Print
     dialog box, select
    Print Options
    .
  3. Select the
    General
     category, and select or clear the following:
    • Include footer text.
       Enter up to 128 characters of text to be printed at the bottom of each page.
    • Print Grid.
      Print grid lines in your sequential function chart and function block diagram routines.
  4. Select
    OK
    .
