Change the width of a column in Automatic Diagnostics or Automatic Diagnostics History table

Change the width of a column in Automatic Diagnostics or Automatic Diagnostics History table

Change the width of a column in either Automatic Diagnostics or Automatic Diagnostics History table if the data in the column is wider than the width of the column. Use the sample data inserted in a column to determine the column width. The sample data is representative of the length of data anticipated for a column.
To change the width of a column in a table
  1. On the screen, select the
    Automatic Diagnostics
    or
    Automatic Diagnostics History
    table.
  2. In the
    Properties
    window, select the
    Columns
    tab.
  3. In the column card, click
    Show/Hide
Designer Card Show button to expand the column card. The selected column card is outlined in blue.
  4. In the
    Width
field at the bottom of the column card, enter a positive number, representing the width of the column, in pixels.
Changes to column width are saved automatically. The last column added fills the remaining space in the row. If the total width of all columns exceeds the width of the table, a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of the table.
    TIP:
When resizing a column in a table, leave some space between the text of the column heading and the border of the column. If the text of a column heading appears at the column border, the text of the column heading may appear clipped in the Automatic Diagnostics or Automatic Diagnostics History table on the HMI device.
