Copy a shortcut

Copy a shortcut to reuse it within a project.
To copy a shortcut
  1. In the
    Project Explorer
    , expand the
    Navigation Menu
     folder.
  2. Right-click the shortcut and select
    Copy
    .
    TIP:
    To select multiple shortcuts, hold
    Ctrl
    and select the items.
  3. Right-click the location in the target
    Navigation Menu
    folder and select
    Paste
    .
  4. If the target folder contains a shortcut with the same name, select
    Keep Both
     to keep both shortcuts. The name of the new shortcut is appended with a number to distinguish it from the original.
    TIP:
    Tips:
    • Copying an item from a folder in the
      Project Explorer
       and then pasting it in the same folder in the same project creates a copy of the item. The name of the pasted item is appended with a number that increments with each copy.
    • Copy and paste shortcuts in the
      Navigation Menu
       folder only.
