Log off
Logging off from the application automatically logs on the Guest user. The current screen remains open if the Guest user role has security access to the screen. If Guest does not have access to the current screen, the
Home
screen for the project opens. Only items to which the Guest user account has access appear in the Navigation menu
.To log off
- In theSystem Bannerat the top of the screen, selectLog on. TheLogondialog box opens.
- SelectLog off. TheLogondialog box closes. Log on appears in theSystem Banner.TIP:Tips:
- Using an external keyboard, tab to highlight a button and pressEnter.
- Logging off the HMI device erases the navigation history.
- Log off occurs automatically if the HMI Designer configures the project to log off after a specified period of inactivity. To identify any specified time limit set for automatic log off, contact the HMI Designer.
