Failed to acknowledge negative Rate of Change alarm

Problem attempting to acknowledge the
Negative Rate of Change
 alarm. The error message indicates one of these conditions:
Acknowledgment not required for this alarm
Cannot acknowledge an alarm that does not require acknowledgment. Check
Acknowledgment Required
 in the Configuration dialog box to require the acknowledgment.
This alarm has already been acknowledged
Cannot acknowledge an alarm that was already acknowledged.
Acknowledged with wrong parameters
Invalid parameters were sent with the acknowledge command.
