Equipment Sequence Properties - General tab settings

Use the
General
 tab of the
Equipment Sequence Properties
 dialog box to modify the name, description, containing task, revision, revision note, and security setting of the Equipment Sequence. The following options are available on the
General
 tab.
Parameter
Description
Name
The sequence name, which must follow the IEC-61131 Name Standard. The application ignores invalid characters.
Description
Enter the optional description for this
Equipment Sequence
. Language switching is provided for this control.
Parent
Use the list to choose under which logical parent the
Equipment Sequence
 is created.
Schedule in
Displays the task that runs the
Equipment Sequence
 program.
Revision
  • The version string for the
    Equipment Sequence
    .
    • Major: The major revision number of the
      Equipment Sequence
      . The default value is 1.
    • Minor: The minor revision number of the
      Equipment Sequence
      . The default value is 0.
    • Extended Text: Enter additional revision information. For example, entering a c makes the
      Equipment Sequence
       version 1.0c.
Revision Note
This is an optional field that allows text entry to further describe this
Equipment Sequence
 revision. For example, list the changes made to the
Equipment Sequence
 since the last revision.
Permission Set
Applies a set of permissions that controls access based on the permissions configured in
FactoryTalk Security
. The default setting,
<Controller Inherited>
, applies the same security settings that have been applied to the controller or project.
