Dirty Instruction
When an instruction operand changes, the instruction is marked as dirty unless it’s a phantom operand that shows the blue arrow to its right. In this case, changing the tag values does not mark the instruction as dirty.
For the instruction operands that write values out to Neutral Text (when the blue arrow does not appear to the operand's right), modifying the operand marks the instruction as dirty.
A dirty instruction displays the ‘*’ to the right of the instruction mnemonic.
