Use Undo/Redo in the Ladder Editor

When performing an editing operation on a ladder routine, undo and redo are available for this operation. An unlimited number of operations can be undone or redone. This number depends on the available memory and virtual disk space.
Undo or Redo these Editing operations:
  • Insert, Delete Display Element(s)
  • Paste Display Element(s)
  • Modify a Rung’s ASCII/Neutral Language.
  • Edit/Add Main Operand Description
  • Move Display Element(s)
  • Change the type of instruction
  • Morph Instruction(s)
  • Modify a Branch Level’s ASCII/Neutral Language
  • Cut Display Element(s)
  • Modify Instruction Operand
  • Edit/Add Rung Comment
    TIP:
Undo or redo operations both online and offline.
Undo/Redo happens on a Routine basis. If multiple Routine Windows (also multiple panes) are open on the same Routine, the Editing operations that can be undone or redone are the same for all those Routine Views and their panes.
