Summer Intern Programme

Our internship programme is ideal for students who want to gain experience of industrial automation and how it is used in a variety of manufacturing applications. This 3-month programme will give an insight into some of the core products that are used to run and optimise manufacturing plants around the world. You will get a chance learn about some of the automation products and apply them to training equipment yourself. There will be an introduction to some of the hot topics like IOT (Internet of Things), augmented reality, big data and machine learning.

Pay will be at a competitive pro-rata rate.

You will be based in Milton Keynes.

You will be:

• Studying an engineering, science or computer science related subject.
• Comfortable working with different types of software and quick to learn.
• Problem solver & strong communicator.
• A self-starter with ambition and a willingness to get involved and solve technical problems.

You will typically be in your penultimate year at university and predicted to gain a 2:1 Honours degree or equivalent, or a final year student planning to study for a Masters after the internship.

The summer intern programme is a great starting point to find out more about the world of industrial automation. There is potential to continue on to our graduate scheme the following year and start a career with one of the most successful companies in this field.
