We have developed six Competency Learning Plans, each of which gives your employees a clearly defined development path in their specialist area from start to finish. Explore the plans in more detail here:
Our Competency Learning Plans give you the opportunity to upskill your workforce and bridge skills gaps in a cost-effective, practical way. They combine our range of Learning+ virtual training and eLearning modules and instructor-led training courses, specially curated into packages that ensure your employees get the right specialist training for their jobs.
- Fully flexible: a hybrid model of eLearning and virtual instructor-led training means you can fit training around employee schedules and operational demands
- Cost-effective: adopting more virtual learning helps reduce travel and accommodation expenses, and maximise the return on investment
- Certifications available: take training further and help your employees gain official certifications
- Update knowledge: help your employees exploit the opportunities of modern manufacturing technologies and practices

Certification for official recognition
Employees undertaking our Competency Learning Plans for Logix, Motion, or Power & Drives can take their upskilling further and gain some official Rockwell Automation certification.
We have developed a range of curriculums for specific skills in these three areas, helping your employees understand theoretical concepts, and learn how to maintain and/or program equipment.
These curriculums feature many of the key courses included within the Competency Learning Plans, but also integrate some additional courses that address highly specialised skills and duties. Each curriculum ends with a final assessment, after which we will issue a Certificate of Achievement confirming that the curriculum has been completed.
