unscatcut(Yvar-self,Ylow,Yhigh,Xvar,Xlow,Xhigh,startrow, endrow)

This transform is used to uncut points that you have cut from a scatcut transform. Within the specified row number range, it uncuts points from the Y variable when both Xvar and Yvar fall within the specified range of values. The output variable must be the same as the input Y variable. There is not an error if you uncut points that were not actually cut already.
