Our Global Representation

Building Belonging Through Connection
Our 14 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a global network of multicultural, multi-generational employees who are committed to support the company’s values and business goals along with the needs of its membership. Our groups have 61 chapters in more than 20 countries and engage more than 6,000 Rockwell employees.

Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index Award
For 11 consecutive years, we have earned a top score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index, the nations foremost benchmarking survey and report that measures corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
Fair360 Top Regional Companies
Rockwell Automation was recognized as a Top Regional Company in 2024. The Fair360 Top 50 Companies list evaluates companies based on six key areas of workplace fairness, providing a trusted measure of transparency, equitable outcomes for employees, and the effectiveness of fairness strategies and practices.
Gold Vets Ready Gold Medallion 2024
Rockwell Automation was among 22 employers statewide to be recognized as a Vets Ready Employer for 2024 by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) and its Office of Veteran Employment Services (OVES). The annual award recognizes Wisconsin employers that have gone above and beyond to hire and support veterans and their families.

Forbes Best Employers for Diversity 2024
To recognize employers that have continued to prioritize DEI this past year, Forbes ranked America’s Best Employers For Diversity 2024. The list is based in part on survey results from 170,000 people working for organizations with at least 1,000 employees within the United States. Top employers were evaluated on their organization’s approach to DEI as it pertains to such criteria as age, gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation. Rockwell Automation is proud to have received this honor in 2024.
Forbes 2024 Best Employer for New Grads
Rockwell is proud to have been named a Forbes Best Employer for New Grads in 2024. Forbes partnered market research firm, Statista and surveyed more than 100,000 young professionals (defined as those with less than 10 years of work experience) working for companies with at least 1,000 employees in the United States. Respondents were asked whether they would recommend their employer to others, and to rate that organization in such areas as compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, working conditions, flexibility, company image, and inclusion.
